My property is surrounded on 3 sides by the Meduxnekeag River offering riverside views by the two different firepits behind the house and RV parking in front of the house for easy access. Visit the chickens on site and say hi to my 3 big dogs who are fenced in out back.

Hi my friends call me Jo! I moved to Houlton in 2021 and got soooo lucky with this beautiful property. I've been a superhost on AirBnb for 2 years but now I'm trying Vanly out to share my giant parking lot and property. This house has quite the history in town starting out as a convenience store and diner and several other iterations. Now I call it home. Come see why I love this property so much.
