We have street parking for larger vehicles and our driveway. We do not park in the 3rd stall so blocking it is not an issue. You have have up to 2 parked vehicles, and 1 of them can have a boat/camper etc. If you need to store anything in our garage overnight for added security, like a bicycle or something, we can accommodate this just ask! We have a firepit area for use in the backyard - but you must supply your own wood. No burning of leaves is allowed per city code and you must not burn any treated wood. Clean burning only, no plastic, no garbage. We have chairs set up and more under the deck to use. We have a patio table with 6 chairs and an umbrella outback for eating/ relaxing if you would like - as well as 2 grills avaliable for cooking - First grill is a 3 in 1, charcoal, propane and smoker, our second grill is a flat top propane grill, both are user friendly and we have supplies, utensils, propane etc. We are happy to share if you need so just ask!
