really quiet and relaxing country side area in a private location. We have a fire pit and a basketball court to use. The electric is a 30 amp plug in. 2 Septic connections on either side of your camper. The carport is 30 feet long and 13 feet wide. The clearance height is 12 feet. This is great for most any size camper. Water and wifi included. Please no smoking or drug use on the property.
