This is a small cape cod home, located in the heart of Damascus, MD. With close access to Frederick, Mount Airy, and Gaithersburg, you’ll have access to everything you need with minimal travel. I started a full renovation 2 years ago and have since paused the operation due to the financial requirements but it’s been a nice journey. My yard is 3/4 acre with access to a huge wooded property that’s owned but not maintained by the county. You could use it for hunting, walking, trail riding etc. I will let you have your privacy but feel free to swing by and ask any questions or if you need help, I am here to lend a hand. I will typically be inside unless I am on the go.
