Convenient on & off freeway access, as well as walking distance to shopping, restaurants parks etc. You can enjoy your own little covered patio with fire pit (Log or two provided) in order to have some fresh air when needed. Nice, especially in the winter months. Garage access via app so little interactions with me unless needed of course. I work from home so I am always available.
