Private home. Not a rental. Primary space for rent is the stone driveway that is always unoccupied and shaded. Secondary option, if you need sun, is the driveway, but not preferred. Let me know if you have a preference. Inside of the house is off limits unless extras are purchased. I live here with one room mate and my dog in a 3 bedroom 2 bath. I own the home. I can provide a power and water hook up if needed for the extra fee. If you have questions or would like custom accommodations please don’t hesitate to ask. I am open to longer term stays and flexibility on check in and check out times. Everything is negotiable so just ask if you need special accommodations or flexibility. Shaded stone driveway has branches above it so vehicles over 10ft are not advised. Driveway may be opened if vehicle height becomes an issue on arrival. Vehicles longer than 25ft are possible but we would need to discuss.
