It's a level paved driveway in a nice trailer park full of retired and working class people. The entire neighborhood is woods, mostly oak trees, and there's little traffic. It's safe, clean and you'll have access to wifi, electricity (via an outside GFCI outlet), and water (via an outside spigot if it's above freezing). There are nice walking trails, and plenty of nearby (within 10 minutes) shopping including Earth Fare, Kroger, coffee shops, Lowes, Wal-Mart, bakeries, restaurants, etc. There are horses out back. They are friendly, but the fence is electric. There is a playground in the neighborhood with swing, slides, climbing stuff and a merry-go-round.
