I have ten acres and a small pond. I bought this house and am slowly remodeling it. I plan on making a pretty cool space in the next few years, but for now, It is a pretty, natural 1- acres, with a mowed area, a field area, and a woodsy area. No fishing in the pond, and no hunting. Great place for photoshoots. There is grass to park in and a water spout. I don't have all the amenities yet, but will slowly acquire once I understand what is most important to Van go-ers. <3
