I live at the base of Mt Lemmon off Catalina Highway. Mt Lemmon, Saguaro National Park East, Sabino Canyon, and the Arizona Trail are all a short drive away. World class hiking, climbing, cycling, and mountain biking are within a 20-minute drive or less. I am only offering outdoor access at this time (parking and back yard area). The parking area is spacious and level with plenty of room to set up an outdoor cooking area and chairs. It is a quiet neighborhood with no thru-traffic and very little nighttime noise, other than coyotes howling! A perfect home base for seasonal adventure in Southern Arizona.

Climbing, cycling, mountain biking and hiking all within a ten-minute drive or less. My place is an ideal home base for seasonal adventures in Southern AZ.
