Corner lot, will allow longer RV’s to park on the street if we discuss first. Quiet neighborhood, quick access to downtown or mountains via 6th ave freeway. Can use grill with prior permission. Please no loud parties, quiet hours are 10:00p to 7:00a 7 days a week. Please notify me if you have a pet with you.
