40' parking spot with water, 20AMP 3 Prong electrical, and guest WiFi access in beautiful, quiet, HOA-free neighborhood just south of Washington DC. No sewage hookup or shared access to the house or facilities, so you'll need a shower, toilet and dump station solution - nearest one is $28 fee in Fairfax Station. To be clear, the front yard is not the answer 😉. Trash and recycling bins are available for use as well. Come and go as you please but please do respect this is my home and I work hard to keep it beautiful. I also have an AirBnB guest most of the time as well and often they are working remotely as well. I generally give guests as much space as they want and sometimes invite them to join me for dinner, a drink, or a fire. Park your vehicle in front of your trailer / RV, I'll park in the street. The ABnB guest has the parking spot on the right, so please don't obstruct or park on that side. Gristmill Recreation Park, Dog Park, and Mount Vernon hike and bike trail 15min walk.

Been hosting on ABnB for the last 5 years and have enjoyed the experience.
I work remotely just SW of George Washington's Mount Vernon in a neighborhood that is dead quiet and has no HOA. Someone suggested getting the most out of my place by offering up a 5th wheel parking spot, so here I am
