THE SPOT: Our neighborhood is a quiet, safe place with each yard being over an acre large, so lots of space between neighbors. Our driveway is relatively flat & we have several parking areas. We allow pets, but they must be leashed at all times with pet waste picked up. THE AREA: We are located about half an hour from Prince William Forest Park, the Marine Corps Museum, & other historic spots like Chatham Manor & Downtown Fredericksburg. If you’re up for a trip to DC & the Smithsonians, it’s just a quick 45 mins up the interstate!
