This is a large backyard with alleyway access through double swing gates. Good solid ground for parking heavy vehicles. The gates are lockable for security with easy access to the street through a pedestrian gate alongside the home. Would be good to pull straight in and back it straight out, but a little trickier if you need to pull it around. Our location is nearby several popular restaurants, within a 2 minute walk. We are in a popular neighborhood in downtown Phoenix with easy access to everything downtown. The airport is a 10 minutes drive from this spot.

We live and work downtown, friendly people living in a friendly neighborhood. We have a home on a large plot in downtown Phoenix. There is access through the alleyway and the back fence has 2 swinging gates, it’s private and locked.
