Hello, I am Robert Payne. I have a 30" RV parking spot that is perfect for Sprinter Vans or class c motorhomes. Nothing too big since it's a tight fit for bigger vehicles. It has 30amp power hookups, water and dump station.

The space was easy to find and even for a friday night was pretty quiet and the driveway was flat. Robert was a great host and was very courteous and attentive to ensure i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. Just make sure you have blackout curtains or covers because the motion sensor lights may be on all night but that was not an issue for me. My rig is pitch black and i had a great sleep. I highly recommend his place to future vanly travelers and sure i will return ;)

Robert's space is beautiful, quiet and in a friendly neighborhood. We were there 3 nights, look forward to stopping by again. He is close to groceries, restaurants, parks and the 805. The neighborhood is up on a hill with views of Mexico and the bay❤️
