Choose from 2 camp spots based on your vehicle and camping needs:

SPOT A:
Ideal for smaller vehicles (minivans or vehicles under 8ft tall). Park or camp comfortably under the carport with shade all day. If your vehicle exceeds 8ft in height, park beside the carport. 

SPOT B:
Perfect for larger RVs or vans (16ft to 25ft long). Situated alongside a row of cypress trees, this spot offers afternoon shade and includes options for 
30-amp electrical hook-up and water.

Important Note:
If your vehicle is not equipped with a porta-potty or self-sufficient toilet system, no worries! as we have an inside toilet which is included in the cost of parking. For a small fee we also have an outside shower with hot water!

 It's shovels near cabins and it should be one in front by entrance why plywood is on ground and one by yellow generator to dig a holes and dispose of poop. 

It's completely off grid/Boondocking.

No power nor electric is on property. Water is available FREE in most of the gas stations(Speedway Gas Station behind building in front of car wash)in Edenton just 15min over the Albemarle Bridge.

Just be responsible and respectful is all I ask.

It's another lady on property in the Greyish/Bluish cabin if you see her. She has 3 small dogs.

WARNING WARNING WARNING

It can get WET after heavy rain in front entrance entering woods where PLYWOOD is on the ground so after PASSING the MAIL BOX coming in the main entrance PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE step out your vehicle to make sure it's ok to drive on top of the plywood to enter back there in woods. 

Park in the front behind White RV which is also behind the mail box or in front of the Tiny Homemade Cabin on wheels if the entrance to the woods is too wet to drive back there but you can definitely walk back there and set up camp anywhere as long as another camper's privacy is not being violated.

WARNING WARNING WARNING ‼️
No large vehicles nor RVs nor trailers over about 16 FEET are allowed pass wood entrance where Plywood is on the ground right now because it would be almost impossible for you to turn around back there in the woods. We're working on making a "turn about/around" back there.

You can pretty much make a fire pit anywhere that is not bothering anyone else. There is one in front of the Red Cabin that you can use if no one else is using it. Someone is in the Greyish/Bluish cabin so you'd have to ask her to use that fire pit in front of her cabin. But other than that you can chop up or gather any wood on property and make a camp fire🔥

This property is a vintage carriage house that is sometimes rented out.  
There is enough parking for 
2 or 3 cars or vans on a mostly level gravel driveway.
There is enough room for a 30' RV alongside the house in the grass. 
NO GENERATORS.
Walk next door to restaurants, Ollies, USPS, vape shops, or Dollar Tree, or just hang out in the back yard waiting on the deer to show up.  We are within 1 mile of ACME, Walgreens, and more shopping; 10 minutes of Walmart, Aldi, Home Depot, and major chain restaurants, or 15 minutes to King of Prussia Mall, which is one of the largest shopping mall in the Country, Trader Joe's, etc., where you can access major highways to Phila. and it's major events.  We're 2 hours from the Jersey shore, NYC, Harrisburg, Baltimore, and 3 hours from DC.  So, if you're on your way, somewhere, it's a convenient place to rest up without all of the hustle and bustle.  The streets get very quiet well before midnight to assist with a good nights' sleep.

This space includes a secure gated parking spot with an RV receptical and sewage dumping access. There is also a BBQ, outdoor table, chairs and umbrella, as well as a fireplace. The space is fully fenced and safe for pets.

RV Parking with Electricity, Water & Sewage Dump

We have an urban camp spot available for a stealth van or vehicle. Unfortunately we cannot host an RV or travel trailer at this time due to county codes. We're at the top of a STEEP hill. The spot itself will require some maneuvering to get into but is level once parked. We're super close to store and freeways as well as a 100 acre nature preserve. The views are spectacular up here.

Quiet Driveway with water and electricity hookups 

Located  just 1 minute off of I90 in the historic lumber mill town of Preston our Vanly space is perfectly situated in the middle of it all.  30 minutes to downtown Seattle and Snoqualmie Pass. 15 minutes to Tiger Mountain, Duthie, Rattlesnake for epic mountain biking.   We are surrounded by hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trail systems in this beautiful back yard play ground.  The stunning Snoqualmie Falls and historic downtown Snoqualmie are 15 minutes away as well.   One block away is access to the Issaquah - Preston -Snoqualmie trail, a rail to trail system connecting the towns. Travel to Fall City and float the Snoqualmie River and then go visit the falls.

Other than to say "hi" or flip on a breaker, we will stay out of your way and let you enjoy your stay.  We have a big flat gravel lot with a motion light which is easy to back your rig in, and we will leave a 50 foot 120 volt extension cord accessible, a garden hose spigot to top off your water, and a small trash can.  

The neighborhood is small and peaceful so quiet hours are 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.  Please pick up after yourselves and pets and enjoy the beauty this area has to offer.

Welcome to gorgeous Gunnison Colorado! Use our 27.5’ driveway as your Gunnison base. This driveway is ideally located in a quiet Gunnison neighborhood and is a 1-min walking distance to public toilets (that’s the building to the right in the scenic photo) (open seasonally, closed in the winter). 6-7 min walk to public free bus that whisks you to Crested Butte (40 min ride on bus, 30 min by car). Grocery store and rec center (showers!) is a 5 min drive/bike, downtown gunnison is a 6 min drive/bike. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to Hartman Rocks, our local gem. The in-town walking trail is across the street, and the Signal Peak trail system starts about 1 mile from here. We are also very near the Char Mar park and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. 

You can use our hose to fill up your water tanks. Electricity will be provided via an outdoor outlet near the garage door. 

Due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood, quiet hours will be strictly enforced (10pm-8am). Any pets (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds, whatever) outside of your vehicle will need to be leashed and picked up after.

Wonderful cozy backyard (over 800 square feet) behind a 3 unit apartment building with 20 amp plus 30 amp adapter, electrical extension cord to outlet, garden hose, & fire pit. Charcoal grill, induction electrical stove, coffee pot, portable toilet, extra power cords available upon request. Dog friendly (grassy yard with chain link fence but no front gate). Dog leash available in backyard. Property is located right on Grand Ave which has a bus that goes directly downtown! 

Pitch your tent grassy backyard with fire pit. Power up and use the garden hose hook up. Walk to one of Chicago’s largest parks, Humboldt Park where you can go swimming, take a nature hike, eat from food trucks or the nearby small grocery store across the street called Central Park Foods. Autozone and 24 hour Gas station in walking distance. Parking for an oversized 25 foot long vehicle behind garage in driveway. Across the street from a children’s park!!! Security cameras on property.
