My place is situated in a safe neighborhood in Manhattan Beach, CA. it is walking distance to Target, Trader Joes, and Ralphs. There are some restaurants, and coffee shops nearby as well. The pier, and beach are only a 6 minute drive, or a 25 minute walk. 
* Driveway is a bit steep going up, but flat ground. Vans must have enough clearance. 
Check in time is 7pm.  Check out time is 12 pm

Choose from 2 camp spots based on your vehicle and camping needs:

SPOT A:
Ideal for smaller vehicles (minivans or vehicles under 8ft tall). Park or camp comfortably under the carport with shade all day. If your vehicle exceeds 8ft in height, park beside the carport. 

SPOT B:
Perfect for larger RVs or vans (16ft to 25ft long). Situated alongside a row of cypress trees, this spot offers afternoon shade and includes options for 
30-amp electrical hook-up and water.

Important Note:
If your vehicle is not equipped with a porta-potty or self-sufficient toilet system, no worries! as we have an inside toilet which is included in the cost of parking. For a small fee we also have an outside shower with hot water!

No power nor electric is on property. Water is available FREE in most of the gas stations(Speedway Gas Station behind building in front of car wash)in Edenton just 15min over the Albemarle Bridge.

Just be responsible and respectful is all I ask.

It's another lady on property in the Greyish/Bluish cabin if you see her. She has 3 small dogs.

It can get WET after heavy rain in front entrance entering woods where PLYWOOD is on the ground so after PASSING the MAIL BOX coming in the main entrance PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE step out your vehicle to make sure it's ok to drive on top of the plywood to enter back there in woods. 

Park in the front behind White RV which is also behind the mail box or in front of the Tiny Homemade Cabin on wheels if the entrance to the woods is too wet to drive back there but you can definitely walk back there and set up camp anywhere as long as another camper's privacy is not being violated.

WARNING WARNING WARNING ‼️
No large vehicles nor RVs nor trailers over about 16 FEET are allowed pass wood entrance where Plywood is on the ground right now because it would be almost impossible for you to turn around back there in the woods. We're working on making a "turn about/around" back there.

You can pretty much make a fire pit anywhere that is not bothering anyone else. There is one in front of the Red Cabin that you can use if no one else is using it. Someone is in the Greyish/Bluish cabin so you'd have to ask her to use that fire pit in front of her cabin. But other than that you can chop up or gather any wood on property and make a camp fire🔥

Waldport Driveway Stay 🚐🔌  Quiet + Amenities!

Welcome to gorgeous Gunnison Colorado! Use our 27.5’ driveway as your Gunnison base. This driveway is ideally located in a quiet Gunnison neighborhood and is a 1-min walking distance to public toilets (that’s the building to the right in the scenic photo) (open seasonally, closed in the winter). 6-7 min walk to public free bus that whisks you to Crested Butte (40 min ride on bus, 30 min by car). Grocery store and rec center (showers!) is a 5 min drive/bike, downtown gunnison is a 6 min drive/bike. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to Hartman Rocks, our local gem. The in-town walking trail is across the street, and the Signal Peak trail system starts about 1 mile from here. We are also very near the Char Mar park and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. 

You can use our hose to fill up your water tanks. Electricity will be provided via an outdoor outlet near the garage door. 

Due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood, quiet hours will be strictly enforced (10pm-8am). Any pets (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds, whatever) outside of your vehicle will need to be leashed and picked up after.

Behind the house is a serene meadow where you can walk, bike, run, or cross-country ski. Our flat driveway is easy to park in and spacious, depending on whether our trailer is parked.

Guests staying at the Mesa at Hacienda 6 Palms will enjoy parking amongst the grape vines in the vineyard surrounded by olive trees, stunning views, casual walks, a restful nap in one of the hammocks under the oak trees. No matter where you are relaxing you will be within close view of any of the 150 Tuscan variety of Olive Trees throughout the working olive farm & vineyard.

PARKING:
Sprinter Vans up to 25 feet park within the vineyard surrounded by grape vines and Tuscan olive trees. There is 20/30/50 amp electrical hook up and also water hookup.

SHOWER:
There is an amazing Joshua Tree style outdoor shower where you shower under the sun and stars. And yeah, it has hot water! Of course it does!

GARDENS:
There are gardens throughout on this 5 acre private ranch which is surrounded by walls and landscaping for increased privacy. 

YOUR PRIVATE GARDEN:
You will have your own private secluded garden which has 2 hammocks nestled under old oak trees surrounded by huge boulders. You have an outdoor BBQ grill and a teak dining table.

Located  just 1 minute off of I90 in the historic lumber mill town of Preston our Vanly space is perfectly situated in the middle of it all.  30 minutes to downtown Seattle and Snoqualmie Pass. 15 minutes to Tiger Mountain, Duthie, Rattlesnake for epic mountain biking.   We are surrounded by hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trail systems in this beautiful back yard play ground.  The stunning Snoqualmie Falls and historic downtown Snoqualmie are 15 minutes away as well.   One block away is access to the Issaquah - Preston -Snoqualmie trail, a rail to trail system connecting the towns. Travel to Fall City and float the Snoqualmie River and then go visit the falls.

Other than to say "hi" or flip on a breaker, we will stay out of your way and let you enjoy your stay.  We have a big flat gravel lot with a motion light which is easy to back your rig in, and we will leave a 50 foot 120 volt extension cord accessible, a garden hose spigot to top off your water, and a small trash can.

Quiet, Safe Neighborhood Sioux Falls

We offer a level, semi private campsite on our 25 acre “hobby farm”. There are two full hook up sites overlooking the horse pasture. This set up is perfect for campers traveling together. We are one mile from I-80.
We are avid campers with extensive camping experience. It is our goal to offer a safe, convenient location close to the Interstate for those traveling through. Children are welcome. Pets on a leash are also welcome.

Welcome to gorgeous Gunnison Colorado! Use our half (long ways, hot-dog style) of our 45’ driveway as your Gunnison base. This driveway is ideally located in a quiet Gunnison neighborhood and is a 1-min walking distance to public toilets (that’s the building to the right in the scenic photo) (open seasonally, closed in the winter). 6-7 min walk to public free bus that whisks you to Crested Butte (40 min ride on bus, 30 min by car). Grocery store and rec center (showers!) is a 5 min drive/bike, downtown gunnison is a 6 min drive/bike. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to Hartman Rocks, our local gem. The in-town walking trail is across the street, and the Signal Peak trail system starts about 1 mile from here. We are also very near the Char Mar park and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. 

You can use our hose to fill up your water tanks. Electricity will be provided via an extension cord. 

Due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood, quiet hours will be strictly enforced (10pm-8am). Any pets (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds, whatever) outside of your vehicle will need to be leashed and picked up after.

Quiet street 5 miles outside of Oakhurst, which is only 14 miles to Yosemite National Park gate. Our driveway has a slight incline , parking is on asphalt. We have water and 110 extension cord that you can plug in.

Use the parking area of our semi-secluded Martial Arts & Yoga studio property as a comfortable space for a quick stopover while passing through or as a cozy home base from which to explore the Catskill Mountains and Hudson River with their breathtaking views, waterfalls, creeks and bridges. Spectacular in every season, our area offers opportunities for all kinds of outdoor exploration including hiking, paddling, mountain biking, climbing, snowshoeing and skiing. A number of nearby villages offer sweet walkable main streets where you can shop, explore local restaurants, as well as check out our vibrant arts and music communities. In summer through fall you have your pick of local farmers markets, farms and even roadside honor-system farmstands. 

At our place you have access to our small but relatively private property with gardens, firepit, and access to water, electricity and wifi. Wildlife sightings are likely on our little property, and you may even be visited by our neighbor's wandering flock of chickens and ducks. Dogs are welcome - they must remain on leash, be cleaned up after, and never be left alone in your vehicle while staying with us. There is a sweet little dead-end road that is perfect for short walks, and of course plenty of dog-welcoming adventures in the vicinity as you can see our pup demonstrating in our pics of the area. There are folx regularly using the building during the daytime, and when we are not onsite we are just a few minutes away reachable by phone/text. 

We are happy to share tips and suggestions for exploring the area. Join our group yoga class, book a private Yoga, Nidra or Martial Arts class, or a healing session with our resident Fascial Counterstrain therapist from our a-la-cart options. We endeavor to found our business and our lives around anti-racist, LGBTQIA-welcoming principles and are always seeking ways to grow our awareness to be increasingly inclusive and accessible to folx of differing experiences and needs. Hi. I have a small tourist motel by Bryce National park. I like to keep the parking lot looking full year round, even though I'm mostly seasonal. I have an area off to the side with 4 extra spots that I'd like to keep full. Enjoy amenities such as, bbq patio, fire pit, wifi, water spigot (not to be used for bathing or washing!).

I live in the middle of downtown Santa Barbara. If you walk to one area there is the beach if you go walk the opposite way you're downtown! I also have a little corner market right next door if you need snacks or drinks. They even make delicious Tortas, Nachos and Burritos! I have the perfect parking spot for you with an electric plug in. Also the gate can be closed in case you have a dog companion that needs to run around. A back yard with a sitting area and firepit as well.

Downtown or Beach. Your choice!! This is the spot.

Hummingbird Ranch is a gorgeous sprawling ranch in Colorado's Spanish Peaks Country with panoramic views of the mountains and across the plains to the Spanish Peaks. Location is only 12 easy driving minutes from I25 and close to vast areas of wilderness and local attractions like Great Sand Dunes National Park. Hummingbird Ranch is a great place to hike, mountain bike and watch the abundant wildlife including elk, deer, fox, turkey & many species of birds, including hummingbirds, of course ;-)
