VANLIFERS, RVers & CAMPERS: Nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood of the Southern Sierra Mountains, out back of our home offers an alternative camping experience. In celebration of the upcoming camping season, we’ve reduced our camp and parking rates for a limited time!

Choose from 2 camp spots based on your vehicle and camping needs:

SPOT A:
Ideal for smaller vehicles (minivans or vehicles under 8ft tall). Park or camp comfortably under the carport with shade all day. If your vehicle exceeds 8ft in height, park beside the carport. 

SPOT B:
Perfect for larger RVs or vans (16ft to 25ft long). Situated alongside a row of cypress trees, this spot offers afternoon shade and includes options for 
30-amp electrical hook-up and water.

Important Note:
If your vehicle is not equipped with a porta-potty or self-sufficient toilet system, no worries! as we have an inside toilet which is included in the cost of parking. For a small fee we also have an outside shower with hot water!

No power nor electric is on property. Water is available FREE in most of the gas stations(Speedway Gas Station behind building in front of car wash)in Edenton just 15min over the Albemarle Bridge.

Just be responsible and respectful is all I ask.

It's another lady on property in the Greyish/Bluish cabin if you see her. She has 3 small dogs.

It can get WET after heavy rain in front entrance entering woods where PLYWOOD is on the ground so after PASSING the MAIL BOX coming in the main entrance PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE step out your vehicle to make sure it's ok to drive on top of the plywood to enter back there in woods. 

Park in the front behind White RV which is also behind the mail box or in front of the Tiny Homemade Cabin on wheels if the entrance to the woods is too wet to drive back there but you can definitely walk back there and set up camp anywhere as long as another camper's privacy is not being violated.

WARNING WARNING WARNING ‼️
No large vehicles nor RVs nor trailers over about 16 FEET are allowed pass wood entrance where Plywood is on the ground right now because it would be almost impossible for you to turn around back there in the woods. We're working on making a "turn about/around" back there.

You can pretty much make a fire pit anywhere that is not bothering anyone else. There is one in front of the Red Cabin that you can use if no one else is using it. Someone is in the Greyish/Bluish cabin so you'd have to ask her to use that fire pit in front of her cabin. But other than that you can chop up or gather any wood on property and make a camp fire🔥

Because of a major landslide just north of the property we are only accessible from the south.  

We are offering up an ocean meadow west of highway one on the south coast of Big Sur.  The meadow is occupied by two sweet and gentle horses and depending on the season a small herd of cows.    Our home is across the highway, so we request that guests respect our quiet hours.  We have a beautiful hiking trail along the bluffs along the pacific.  We can offer a water hookup, our water comes from a spring.  Pets are welcome if they are well behaved around livestock or you keep them leashed on walks.  Across the street we have a lovely homstead with tons of animals.  If timing works out you are welcome to visit with our mini donkeys, come see what we have growing in the garden, or just come up for a little visit.  Fire pit will depend on the season.  

Private ocean meadow in Big Sur 

Enjoy an area that looks out onto 13 acres of pasture with a pond and stream.  The spot is close to Sandy Point Beach and Greenvale Vineyards and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport.  It is a short walk to the Polo fields, horse stables, the Glen Manor House and the Greenway Trail. Please feel free to ask me any questions about the area.

We have free ranging ducks and Guinea Hens on the property.  While we love dogs, earlier this year a neighborhood dog got out and killed 4 of our ducks.  Dogs will have to be on a leash as a default until the owner can prove the dog has good recall and/or low prey drive.

Camp Out at Freedog Farms

We have an urban camp spot available for a stealth van or vehicle. Unfortunately we cannot host an RV or travel trailer at this time due to county codes. We're at the top of a STEEP hill. The spot itself will require some maneuvering to get into but is level once parked. We're super close to store and freeways as well as a 100 acre nature preserve. The views are spectacular up here.

Kayhill Farm

Ocean Front House with a large driveway available for van lifers! My house is located on Silverstrand Beach. There is an outdoor hot shower available, and public restrooms about fifty yards from the front of the house. 
You can access the beach from my private gate.

This space includes a secure gated parking spot with an RV receptical and sewage dumping access. There is also a BBQ, outdoor table, chairs and umbrella, as well as a fireplace. The space is fully fenced and safe for pets.

Ravenel is 30 miles south of Downtown Charleston on 17 South. 45 minutes to Edisto Beach and close to Edisto River and numerous hiking trails. 

The front is fully fenced in with an area to park and a water hose and extension cord.

Back is 1 whole acre bordering a swamp, very private but not fenced in. Access to water, electric, fire pit and grill. $25 

Pet friendly but need to be open about animal’s behavior and relationship with other animals to secure everyone safely.

Hello, I have a 30" Van / small RV parking space available. It is a flat parking spot with water, 30 amp power and sewer access. It's a nice neighborhood located off telegraph and the 805. About 20 min from most things in San Diego.

Welcome to gorgeous Gunnison Colorado! Use our 27.5’ driveway as your Gunnison base. This driveway is ideally located in a quiet Gunnison neighborhood and is a 1-min walking distance to public toilets (that’s the building to the right in the scenic photo) (open seasonally, closed in the winter). 6-7 min walk to public free bus that whisks you to Crested Butte (40 min ride on bus, 30 min by car). Grocery store and rec center (showers!) is a 5 min drive/bike, downtown gunnison is a 6 min drive/bike. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to Hartman Rocks, our local gem. The in-town walking trail is across the street, and the Signal Peak trail system starts about 1 mile from here. We are also very near the Char Mar park and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. 

You can use our hose to fill up your water tanks. Electricity will be provided via an outdoor outlet near the garage door. 

Due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood, quiet hours will be strictly enforced (10pm-8am). Any pets (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds, whatever) outside of your vehicle will need to be leashed and picked up after.

Great well live spot in Fort Lauderdale close to I-95 and the beaches. All vehicles are well welcome except commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, and boats. Sprinter vans are perfectly acceptable! There are about 35 different varieties of fruit trees on the property that I am more than happy to share during the harvest season



Oasis in Ft. Lauderdale 

Located  just 1 minute off of I90 in the historic lumber mill town of Preston our Vanly space is perfectly situated in the middle of it all.  30 minutes to downtown Seattle and Snoqualmie Pass. 15 minutes to Tiger Mountain, Duthie, Rattlesnake for epic mountain biking.   We are surrounded by hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trail systems in this beautiful back yard play ground.  The stunning Snoqualmie Falls and historic downtown Snoqualmie are 15 minutes away as well.   One block away is access to the Issaquah - Preston -Snoqualmie trail, a rail to trail system connecting the towns. Travel to Fall City and float the Snoqualmie River and then go visit the falls.

Other than to say "hi" or flip on a breaker, we will stay out of your way and let you enjoy your stay.  We have a big flat gravel lot with a motion light which is easy to back your rig in, and we will leave a 50 foot 120 volt extension cord accessible, a garden hose spigot to top off your water, and a small trash can.  

The neighborhood is small and peaceful so quiet hours are 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.  Please pick up after yourselves and pets and enjoy the beauty this area has to offer.

A quiet neighborhood on the east side of Carson City. Our 20’ van fits our driveway or if you have a longer van, you can use our curbside parking with plenty of space as we are on a corner lot. 

Dogs welcome and can potty anywhere in front yard (rock-scaped).

PLEASE LET ME KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE ACCESS TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: We have a large patio that you can enjoy a gas fire-pit on, apple trees to pick from, seating, tables, possibly a hammock, and shade available to use.
Have furry friends that need to stretch their legs without worry of running off? We have a privacy fenced-in backyard and a designated (rock) potty area. 

PLEASE LET ME KNOW if you are needing to use our bathroom PRIOR TO booking, also (as we must be present for use). It can be a bit confusing on this app. If you need shower access ($5 EACH shower per person).

Pet friendly near Reno / Tahoe

This property is a vintage carriage house that is sometimes rented out.  
There is enough parking for 2 or 3 cars or vans on a mostly level gravel driveway.
There is enough room for a 30' RV alongside the house in the grass. 

NO GENERATORS.

Walk next door to restaurants, Ollies, USPS, vape shops, or Dollar Tree, or just hang out in the back yard waiting on the deer to show up.  We are within 1 mile of ACME, Walgreens, and more shopping; 10 minutes of Walmart, Aldi, Home Depot, and major chain restaurants, or 15 minutes to King of Prussia Mall, which is one of the largest shopping mall in the Country, Trader Joe's, etc., where you can access major highways to Phila. and it's major events.  We're 2 hours from the Jersey shore, NYC, Harrisburg, Baltimore, and 3 hours from DC.  So, if you're on your way, somewhere, it's a convenient place to rest up without all of the hustle and bustle.  The streets get very quiet well before midnight to assist with a good nights' sleep.

Carriage House Car and Van Parking

4 Blocks off I-70. 10 Minutes to Copper, 20 to Breck, 25 to Keystone, 35 to ABasin. 5 Blocks to Frisco Main St.  30 Amp hook up available for cash (will need 30ft cord).  I live on site and am available most of the time. Plowed daily with snowfalls over 3 inches. Longer stays available, please contact for more info.

Camper courtyard,  walking distance to downtown.  This spot is only for camper Vans, we don’t host camper trailers or large Motorhomes.  No car camping.  Plenty of room for parking and lounging. Very easy access, Enough room to pull in and turn around your Van.  Fire pit, chairs,  grill.

Located in the Village of Manchester and set amongst a backdrop of beautiful mountains and trees. Flexible driveway layout allows vehicles up to 25' in length. Lush 3 acre private grounds available for strolling. Only 1/4 mile from the famous Hildene House, 15 minutes to Bromley Ski Resort and 25 minutes to Stratton Mountain. Numerous restaurants and outlet shopping close by in downtown Manchester.
