Great location for Cottonwood Canyon skiing. Quiet neighborhood and nice private parking area. Carolyn is a great host—second time staying at her place.

Carolyn’s place is the perfect launch pad for all your SLC travels. We spent nearly two weeks parking there with our truck camper and enjoyed the area. You are 25 minutes to the top of little cottonwood canyon and 35 to big cottonwood canyon.
Carolyn is the nicest lady and a great communicator. She offered us a space heater when we had issues with our heat and was gracious enough for us to have parts to repair our heater shipped to her address. We highly recommend this stay!

You have a beautiful space to park your van on a 35 foot long concrete pad and you can close the gate behind you and it's very private, beautiful access to Internet and shore power
It's also extremely close to Cottonwood Canyon so ideal if that's where you are snowboarding or skiing

Carolyn’s place is the perfect spot to be if you want easy access to the mountains. I was skiing in less than 1/2 hour drive. The parking spot is private, quiet, flat, with a beautiful fenced yard for my dog, and much better than having to drive around hoping to find a place to park near skiing access in SLC. Carolyn is a great host and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this spot as an easy landing for travellers wanting easy access to the mountains.

Carolyn was a wonderful host! Her parking spot was easy to back our 21 foot trailer into and the view of her back yard and the Wasatch mountains is stunning. We felt very secure and private inside her gated space. We would love to stay there again.

Awesome host and site!
Super easy to access and the gates add a nice touch of privacy (even though it’s a nice, quiet neighborhood). Looking forward to staying here again!
