Great home base  

Quiet and secure uncovered driveway parking near the mouth of big and little cottonwood canyons. Also near Dimple Dell Park, a large natural park with miles of hiking/snowshoe trails.

Parking with Quick Access to Canyons

Quiet neighborhood. Level gravel spot. Water, trash, electricity, and waste dump.  Spot is next to a horse barn, so foot traffic to feed horses in am and pm. 12 miles to snowbird, 20 to solitude.

Wasatch front. Access to cottonwood ski resorts. 

Can stay in the back corner of the complex in your vehicle. You can come in and shower/make dinner and whatever once we get to know you. You’ll get a fob for the gym, pool, hot tub, Amazon hub, dog park, grills, outdoor fireplace and more. We just need some help with rent while we save for our bud!
