Right off highway 80. 12 miles east of colfax, 26 miles west of truckee, 22 miles south of grass valley, and 45 miles to Reno. Surrounded by the Tahoe National Forest. Very convenient staging area for hiking, biking, river and waterfall exploring. Lots of lakes for paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming and picnics. 1.25 hours to tahoe city. Sierra Woods Lodge and the Rustic Table are across the street. Access to internet, electricity, water (potable well), possibly to use deck and BBQ and other amenities upon approval. Best for vans, but could accommodate a small RV. Parking top and bottom of driveway. No fires, no garbage service.
