Laurel is a great place to begin or continue your Montana adventure. Located on the beautiful Yellowstone River, there are numerous nearby activities, including kayaking, fishing and swimming. Within 10 minutes of the house there are several parks for recreating on/near the river. Each boast different amenities, but there are boat ramps and wildlife-viewing opportunities. The driveway is fairly long and offers shelter alongside the house. I'd be happy to let visitors know about area and attractions, as well as offering water, electricity and internet.

Laurel, Montana
Struggling a bit but generally optimistic. I recently retired after 10 years at the same weekly newspaper and I'm looking for ways to help out fellow travelers and make a few extra bucks. At 63, I am still very active in my community as a public lands advocate, historian and environmentalist. Fortunately, living in Montana, I have access to great trails and waterways.
