This was such a gem on our trip through LA. The spot is so quiet and private, we felt so safe. It was also heavenly having access to a restroom. Would 1000% book with Erin again!

Driveway is flat and half-bath is easy to access without inconveniencing anyone. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.

I was in a full size van and it fit exactly . Erin was nice and let's you know when she needs you to move so she can access the driveway. Felt safe and the wifi was fine. It might be because July 4th is approaching but there loud explosions at night in the neighborhood . There's also a man who talks on the phone right outside the van every other day or so. Price is relatively high for no bathroom access (optional) but privacy and piece of mind are good to have.

Erin was communicative and kind! The amenities to this listing are great. I had a good night of sleep, the area is quiet. There’s a motion-activated light above the driveway that goes on and off, but if you have good blackout curtains/window covers in your rig, it shouldn’t bother you too much. Thanks Erin!
