About this parking spot
Driveway's flat, which is nice if you've ever tried to park on a slope. Quiet safe neighborhood, close to the freeway so you can get anywhere in LA pretty easily. You get your own parking spot, a private half bath you can use anytime, decent wifi, and we'll grab packages for you if anything gets delivered while you're here. Trash and recycling bins are available too. Heads up on a couple things: driveway's only 7'9" wide so it fits vans fine but wider RVs probably won't work. If your tires end up on the neighbor's grass that's a $250 fee, so just be careful pulling in. If you're staying longer than 3 nights we might need to move our car in overnight for charging - we'll work out timing with you. Also have a firepit if you want a fire at night,, bring your own wood or we'll supply pellets small fee either way
