Joanna and her partner stayed only two days out of a two week stay. They bailed at the last minute and demanded a refund with customer service. We clearly stated our listing amenities. We didn’t hide anything. Apparently she and her partner don’t know how to read. She’s very sensitive and high maintenance. DO NOT LET THEM STAY AT YOUR HOUSE. they abused our kindness- they continued to ask to enter our home for bathroom usage when it is clearly not something we offer ever. Good luck !!
