DO NOT RUN YOUR AC OFF THE ELECTRIC HERE. AC and microwaves in vans and rvs need 30 amps+ and a certain gauge wire, that is what campgrounds offer. If you use the electric here you will 100% be damaging your electrical system, and could cause a fire!! The host will shrug and say its “safe” because “nothing has happened yet” 😳 She clearly has never had an RV or van. I used a meter to test and it drops down to 87 over and over as you run the AC. Only expect to run lights, charge phones and laptop

This has become my go-to when I need a quiet place to spend a few nights, recharge batteries, etc. The location is super convenient, check in/communication is smooth, and the price is great. Will continue to come back! :)

Second time staying here! Mimi was quite flexible with letting me book another stay somewhat last minute. Very communicative, quick to respond, provided great recommendations for the area, and was flexible with check in/check out. I was also able to have a package delivered while here, which was very convenient! I would happily make this a regular spot.

I had a great stay! The space was exactly as described. Mimi and her family were very hospitable/friendly, and I also felt like I had plenty of privacy. The driveway had a nice bit of shade, too, which was helpful in the heat! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with a lovely front yard. The trains go by occasionally, but it wasn’t a bother to me at all. Also a great price! I would definitely stay again!
