I stayed two nights here and everything went well! I was arriving in the area on a Friday afternoon and didn’t think I’d have luck trying to get a spot to camp around Crested Butte. I was able to fill my water tank and plug in to charge my electrical system. There is a park right across the street but it was quiet the whole time I was parked there. Also a nice walking trail right across the street behind the park. Felt safe! Would stay again!

Easy place to stay and a perfect launching point up to CB. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mel was professional and easy to communicate with. Thank you for having us Mel. We hope to be back soon

This stay was perfect and just as advertised. It had snowed heavily before we arrived but the driveway was clean and dry when we got there. The bus stop for skiing was just a few minutes easy walk, and having an outlet to plug into allowed us to slow cook our Thanksgiving dinner in our van while we skied. Quiet neighborhood with a very slightly sloping driveway for a good nights sleep.
