About this parking spot

There are two spots available you can back into the driveway. Either park in front of the boat or you can park under the shade sail. Conveniently located about a mile from Publix and walking distance to a McDonald’s, the gas station and another grocery store. I 95 is less than a mile away and the beaches are about 6 miles away easy access to the port for Fort Lauderdale or the airport. If you were here on a cold night and wish to light a fire, there’s a fire pit in the back. I can show you how I typically set it up and just some of the maintenance items we would need to go over. There is also an outdoor patio that you can use that has a light outside if you wish to relax during the evening, there’s also a hammock available.
