There are two spots available you can back into the driveway.  Either park in front of the boat or you can park under the shade sail.

Conveniently located about a mile from Publix and walking distance to a McDonald’s, the gas station and another grocery store. I 95 is less than a mile away and the beaches are about 6 miles away easy access to the port for Fort Lauderdale or the airport.

If you were here on a cold night and wish to light a fire, there’s a fire pit in the back. I can show you how I typically set it up and just some of the maintenance items we would need to go over. There is also an outdoor patio that you can use that has a light outside if you wish to relax during the evening, there’s also a hammock available.

There are about 35 different varieties of fruit trees on the property that I am more than happy to share during the harvest season
