Use the parking area of our semi-secluded Martial Arts & Yoga studio property as a comfortable space for a quick stopover while passing through or as a cozy home base from which to explore the Catskill Mountains and Hudson River with their breathtaking views, waterfalls, creeks and bridges. Spectacular in every season, our area offers opportunities for all kinds of outdoor exploration including hiking, paddling, mountain biking, climbing, snowshoeing and skiing. A number of nearby villages offer sweet walkable main streets where you can shop, explore local restaurants, as well as check out our vibrant arts and music communities. In summer through fall you have your pick of local farmers markets, farms and even roadside honor-system farmstands. At our place you have access to our small but relatively private property with gardens, firepit, and access to water, electricity and wifi. My partner, Patrick, and I took a reckless leap in a covid-world-inspired haze and bought a T1N Sprinter two years ago. We have gradually been building it out and traveling in it. At the same time, we have been expanding our business into a wellness center that incorporates yoga, fitness and aikido along with practitioners of body work and other supportive modalities such as massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture and mental health counseling, yoga therapy and personal training.
