Use the parking area of our semi-secluded Martial Arts & Yoga studio property as a comfortable space for a quick stopover while passing through or as a cozy home base from which to explore the Catskill Mountains and Hudson River with their breathtaking views, waterfalls, creeks and bridges. Spectacular in every season, our area offers opportunities for all kinds of outdoor exploration including hiking, paddling, mountain biking, climbing, snowshoeing and skiing. A number of nearby villages offer sweet walkable main streets where you can shop, explore local restaurants, as well as check out our vibrant arts and music communities. In summer through fall you have your pick of local farmers markets, farms and even roadside honor-system farmstands. 

At our place you have access to our small but relatively private property with gardens, firepit, and access to water, electricity and wifi. Wildlife sightings are likely on our little property, and you may even be visited by our neighbor's wandering flock of chickens and ducks. Dogs are welcome - they must remain on leash, be cleaned up after, and never be left alone in your vehicle while staying with us. There is a sweet little dead-end road that is perfect for short walks, and of course plenty of dog-welcoming adventures in the vicinity as you can see our pup demonstrating in our pics of the area. There are folx regularly using the building during the daytime, and when we are not onsite we are just a few minutes away reachable by phone/text. 

We are happy to share tips and suggestions for exploring the area. Join our group yoga class, book a private Yoga, Nidra or Martial Arts class, or a healing session with our resident Fascial Counterstrain therapist from our a-la-cart options. We endeavor to found our business and our lives around anti-racist, LGBTQIA-welcoming principles and are always seeking ways to grow our awareness to be increasingly inclusive and accessible to folx of differing experiences and needs. We are located on the land of the displaced Mohican Nation Stockbridge–Munsee Band.

Great wide open space suitable for vans, mobile homes, RVs, and trucks. Easy access, plenty of room for maneuvering, and a secure spot for short or long-term parking.

You will stay on our for circular driveway. Our road is a tree-lined one-lane dirt road so while you are in front of our house, it is still incredibly private! 

You have the option to have an electric cord run from the house, and seasonal water is included. 

Our grounds include outdoor seating locations and a bucolic stream. 

The house has a half bath available, with a semi- private entrance. There is also a dedicated full bathroom with bathtub/shower. 

I didn’t list laundry, but if we are around (and it is convenient for us) you can throw in a load.
