I moved to the Oregon coast in this area about a year or so ago. My property is located on the street w alot of trees, and is pretty quite. 
My property is located close to lake, ocean within ten minutes or so, and horseback riding within miles of my place.
The casino is located about fifteen minutes away, and a dune buggy ride about twenty minutes away
