SPACE # 1 - Located 90 seconds from the Nichols Point Boat Ramp at Lake Eufaula, the land is in the heart of everything Lake Eufaula. This is a newly developed 5-acre tract that has 5 spaces for Van/RV parking without services, and 3 spaces with water/electric (50/30/20), and sewer. There is an outdoor shower, cold water only, (but excellent in the summer sun). There is an electric pole with 110V access that is free to use for the 5 spaces, (20 amp only - will not run large devices). Electric cords not provided. The spots are very spacious in a grassy area. The physical address is 408251 S 1201 Road. You are welcome to set up your RV, Van, or Tent and park your boat on the land to the West or just keep it connected. You may remove the stake marking your area to set up. Until we get our trash service set up, what you bring in, you will need to haul out. This is just above primitive camping for now, but we are working each week to improve all amenities so keep checking back. The location is great. Feel free...

Love the lake area so my wife and I are working to set up a couple of short-term rentals on 5 acres in the heart of Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma. We decided to host vans/RVs, etc. while we are getting the mobile homes remodeled so we can meet some new people and provide a great location for those who want to do the lake thing now and then.
