Hi, Brand new listing close to downtown San Diego just off of the freeway for connivence. Private van or short RV space available. Max length is 25 feet Right off of the 94, 15 minutes from downtown San Diego, 20 minutes from beaches No dogs Just a simple space in a front yard. Hooks up are available. Electric, sewer, water Fire pit available for use and wood too. $20 to use fire pit, 1 box of firewood is included :) Additional rules - -No cigarette smoking outside your vehicle, this is for fire safety reasons and also people leave their butts all over the ground. - 4 20 friendly is ok! Close to dispensaries and liquor store walking distance. -No dogs!! Cats ok. -Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, no fire pits after 10pm. No engine idling before 8am. -No parties, max allowed people are 4 -Heavy intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave, this is for safety reasons. -I do have 2 toddlers that share and play in the front yard so please keep it clean and family friendly.
