Hello, we are parents of 4 children, 3 boys and one girl. We work full time and are working to build a new home on this land and in the meantime, thought we would offer it for rent on Vanly. We live locally and love the area. There is a trail right behind the property that will take you to the iron horse trail and all over the area via trails. Rooted coffee and Wence’s restaurant and bar are both walkable, as is Safeway and a library. Public transit is accessible as well.
