This is a low-key neighborhood with the BART metro station, Safeway, UPS store, restaurants, within a 5 to 10 min walk. You will have access to our fenced front yard if you need a safe space to let your pup play or go potty!It's a cozy driveway with a non electric gated entrance. We are about twenty feet from wonderful civic breezeway with an asphalt bike and hiking trail which extends for many miles. We can offer electric, water, and sewage line, although it's slightly uphill to the sewage port.
