About this parking spot
Fenced in, gate access driveway on slight slope in the rear of the house. Bring your own hose for faucet fill up from house. Bathroom in the garage is a half bath with a sink, mirror and toilet. Corner lot, will allow longer RV’s to park on the street if we discuss first. Quiet neighborhood, quick access to downtown or mountains via 6th ave freeway. Can use grill with prior permission. Please no loud parties, quiet hours are 10:00p to 7:00a 7 days a week. Please notify me if you have a pet with you. If you just need a place to fill up water, contact me and I can grant you access to the faucet for $5. Thanks! - Zach
