This is a quiet residential neighborhood close to all modern conveniences. You'll be closest to Hwy 285, but I-25, US-6, and I-70 are all easily accessible from this location. It's about a 15 minute drive to Red Rocks, and to Downtown Denver in the opposite direction. You'll see me on site. Say hi. I'll take your lead on how much interaction you'd like.
