Driveway that extends past fence gate. Quite neighborhood. 

East Bay 

I have a home on a walkable neighborhood. Food Lion is across the street and so is the dry cleaners. 

I am drive  5 minutes to Fort Monroe and the Fort Monroe Paradise Club, 5 minutes drive to Buckroe Beach, 5 minutes to Hampton University, and 5 Minute walk to Downtown Phoebus and our local bars and clubs. This is an amazing place to be from Spring to  Fall, as well as a launching point as the house is 5 minutes from the I64.

There is ample space for a vehicle in the driveway. Also, I have parking In front of the home as well on the street. This would be for the driveway spot. 

The neighborhood is diverse, but since it's walkable, there are people walking back and forth going to the store all times of the day. I feel safe although every now and then you may see siren lights, but people pretty much leave people alone and if you're not involved  it really doesn't effect you.

No drugs or smoking, even if it's in your van as the smell travels please. 

The other items are optional, just depends. Any excessive amounts of water and electricity will be subject to higher premiums as is reasonable and discussed.

Pets are okay, but I have an outside cat - if your dog can't play nice it needs to be leashed at all times or inside the vehicle.

Driveway 5 minutes from ft Monroe, buckroe beach

Driveway in a, quiet, friendly, neighborhood, less than 5 miles from Chic's Beach, & Norfolk Premium Outlets. It's even closer to, bustling, Town Center, and Pembroke Mall, with lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants to choose from. Includes water, a BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor seating and, weather permitting, a hammock. We even have a variety of instruments, for an impromptu drum circle. No need for exceptional talent, just a great way to have fun and raise your vibes. We have cornhole and, a few, other outdoor games you can enjoy. Please let us know what you may be interested in using. Also, additional, arrangements can be made for use of shore power, kitchen, and restroom. Laundry facilities and shower, are available, for a minimal fee. We have a dog. She's, very, friendly. You're welcome to bring your pup. (2 dog max.) Leashes required in the front yard, and it is expected that you will also clean up after your pet(s). We have a fenced-in back yard, and a tie out, in case there is a personality clash. Whether you're, super, social or would rather make use of alone time, we're, pretty, easy going and happy to help you make the most of your stay. Quiet hours 10pm - 7am. Your generator may be used, if not too loud. Also, the driveway is on a slight incline. If you have a rack or an extension on your van or RV, it could be an issue pulling in. Recent guests had a bike rack that presented an issue. Parking in front of the house is an option, the shore power will reach. Message with questions. Thanks. 

Peaceful Vibes

Nice and quiet neighborhood, safe. Kids & pets friendly.  Great for RV car parking. Store less than 5 minutes, gym, pool near. Very convenient for life.

Safe&peaceful community, Good for RV, trailer. Power, water & waist water. Long time available too.
