Driveway 5 minutes from ft Monroe, buckroe beach

About this parking spot

I have a home on a walkable neighborhood. Food Lion is across the street and so is the dry cleaners. I am drive 5 minutes to Fort Monroe and the Fort Monroe Paradise Club, 5 minutes drive to Buckroe Beach, 5 minutes to Hampton University, and 5 Minute walk to Downtown Phoebus and our local bars and clubs. This is an amazing place to be from Spring to Fall, as well as a launching point as the house is 5 minutes from the I64. There is ample space for a vehicle in the driveway. Also, I have parking In front of the home as well on the street. This would be for the driveway spot. The neighborhood is diverse, but since it's walkable, there are people walking back and forth going to the store all times of the day. I feel safe although every now and then you may see siren lights, but people pretty much leave people alone and if you're not involved it really doesn't effect you.
