Simple 4 square home on a large lot, with long driveway. Should be comfortable backing up your van/RV into a space. Pets are allowed, but need to be on a leash, or have a confined area. All waste should be cleaned up immediately and thrown into the garbage. Convenient off the 80/90 toll road, and off US 20. Home sits on the river with a fire pit on the back lot. River launch within walking distance. Easy 30 minute drive north to launch kayaks for a 3 hour float down the St Joe. 30 minutes from Notre Dame, 20 minutes from Shipshewana. 9 miles from the Pumpkin Vine. Bring your bikes, kayaks, camping chairs...relax!

I have a beautiful property that sits on the St Joe River.  This is on a main road, but a pretty quiet setting/town. 
There is a beautiful black lab on property, and he is very cozy in his space.  I enjoy peaceful evenings out on the deck, among the nature noises. Very simple.
