Three options for parking. ( if not raining)

About this parking spot

I have a long driveway to offer that is shaded ( branches are van high) it is wide enough for two cars to sit side by side There is space in the backyard to park but not when it’s raining. I may be open to allowing garage parking for a fee The pets can play in the back yard. I have a big barking dog if they are scared of her there is a park three houses down.
