Quiet Neighborhood Close to Freeways

I am just a mile off Hwy 10 and close to several other freeways. My neighborhood is quiet and safe, but close to lots of shopping. I have no neighbors behind me; there is just woods and swamp. I just got a new concrete driveway poured. I can leave an extension cord out for power if needed. An outside water source is available during warm/non-freezing months (April-early Nov). My driveway is at a slight incline but if my daughters car isn’t there you can park on the left side next to the garage where it’s much more level. There is a fire ring in my backyard that can be used as well. Dogs, smoking, parties, and parking on the street are prohibited. Since my driveway is brand new, no vehicles that leak oil or other fluids. During the school year, we leave for school/work at 7am. SUVs, vans, small RVs, and cars.
