Quiet Neighborhood Close to Freeways

Just one mile off Hwy 10 and close to several other freeways. My neighborhood is quiet and safe, but close to lots of shopping. I have no neighbors behind me; there is just woods and swamp. I can leave an extension cord out for power if needed. An outside water source is available during warm/non-freezing months (April-early Nov). My driveway is at a slight incline but the area next to the garage is flat. There is a fire ring in my backyard that can be used as well. Smoking, parties, and parking on the street are prohibited. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash outside of the vehicle. There is a park at the end of my street (6 houses away) that you can bring your dog to for exercise, and all of the streets are sidewalk lined for walks. No vehicles that leak oil or other fluids. During the school year, we leave for school/work by 7am. SUVs, vans, small RVs, and cars.
