We live in North Pacific Beach, at the base of Kate sessions park. Extremely safe area, single-family homes, and very quiet. Only a mile from the beach, and less than a mile from Mission Bay, it is the ideal place to be. Our driveway is about 55 feet in length and 9 feet in width. Entire driveway is available for storage. No overnight living unfortunately
