Set on just under a half acre of land, we have multiple spots to choose from or if your in a caravan of travelers we got you covered. Even though the property sits on a hill, all the designated parking spots are for the most part level. We got a large front porch for lounging in, a Webber grill (weather permitting), bathroom with shower (extra fee), access to power and free Wi-Fi. Fantastic place for bird watching, we have resident Ravens, Red-Chested Hawks, California Condors, and the occasional Scrub Jays that love unsalted peanuts. Easy access from property to main attractions in the Kern River Valley like Remmington Hot Springs, Silver City Ghost Town, and Lake Isabella.

VANLIFERS, RVers & CAMPERS: Nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood of the Southern Sierra Mountains, out back of our home offers an alternative camping experience. In celebration of the upcoming camping season, we’ve reduced our camp and parking rates for a limited time!

Choose from 2 camp spots based on your vehicle and camping needs:

SPOT A:
Ideal for smaller vehicles (minivans or vehicles under 8ft tall). Park or camp comfortably under the carport with shade all day. If your vehicle exceeds 8ft in height, park beside the carport. 

SPOT B:
Perfect for larger RVs or vans (16ft to 25ft long). Situated alongside a row of cypress trees, this spot offers afternoon shade and includes options for 
30-amp electrical hook-up and water.

Important Note:
If your vehicle is not equipped with a porta-potty or self-sufficient toilet system, no worries! as we have an inside toilet which is included in the cost of parking. For a small fee we also have an outside shower with hot water!

* Kern River: A 20-minute drive brings you to a variety of river activities including whitewater rafting, kayaking, and tubing (during late summer when the river is at its lowest).

* Historic Kernville. Explore the historic town of Kernville with its charming local eateries, breweries (including Kern River Brewery), and Western-themed attractions like the Western Museum and Native American Cultural Center.
