Great neighborhood, Huge green belt just steps from your rig (off leash dogs). Beach 3 miles. Super safe, tennis courts, pool, great vibe. I live alone and my 17 yo son is here 50%. I’m super active so bring your surfboard, climbing harness (or pads), tennis racket, MTB, running shoes, or hiking boots if you are so inclined. Or enjoy complete privacy too. See you soon.
