Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to park your RV, van, or camper in Surprise, AZ? Our driveway offers a simple, quiet place to stay with access to helpful amenities including water, Wi-Fi, electricity, and a bathroom with a toilet and sink. During the summer months, guests may also have access to the pool. Our location is a great home base for exploring the area, visiting family, catching spring training, or just enjoying the Arizona weather and desert sunsets. Standard check-in is anytime after 12:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. That said, I try to be flexible when possible. If there is not another guest booked before or after your stay, I’m happy to offer a full 24-hour stay from your arrival time. Just message me before or during your stay and I’ll confirm what’s available. Please note that availability for longer stays may depend on the size of your rig and our schedule.
