Unique, fully fenced, video surveillanced, private residence with back in access for self-contained vans, trailers and RVs. Max pad length 40. Pad is level and located in backyard. Curb ramps provided. Access to hose bib and 20 amp outlet (extension cord needed), propane fire pit, BBQ, mini fridge and small sink. Laundry can be washed and dried in the machines in garage but pet items will not be permitted. WiFi is available throughout property. Street parking is available for extra vehicle if needed. Pets are allowed with proper clean up. We ask that you do not smoke on property. Neighborhood is quiet and property owner is a day sleeper. We encourage earbuds and headphone use for enjoying music.
