12 min walk to Downtown San Luis Obispo! Beautiful street with a view of the mountains from the front yard house. The map location on this app is incorrect and I found it impossible to use. Please put the address in maps app for better accuracy. I do not want to misrepresent the location. The house is vacant and we are currently in beginning process of renovating. No work is being done on the property at the moment. We live in the house behind Branch with access from South St. You may use the front yard for your pet and set up chairs to enjoy the view. The front yard is fenced but a large dog could jump the fence and a small dog could go right through it. Currently the front yard is not landscaped. See photos. We often walk through the driveway to downtown with our little 8lb dog from our home on South St. We promise to be quiet and respectful.
