The listing is what you get a parking spot. It's across the street from a couple houses. Joe, you definitely have to be discreet. I had no trouble but definitely had to avoid an audience at multiple points. Street parking for my car was easy to find as I had a tow behind trailer. The location couldn't be better. 10/ 10 would stay again! Tim was great and gave really good recommendations.

Had a great stay here. The street was very quiet at night, felt very safe, and close to all the attractions. Tim was very responsive and accommodating when I asked about parking. There is a dog friendly beach right near by. We walked to the beach for sunrise and went to the southernmost point before the line formed.

It's just a parking space in a parking lot, but the location is great. It was quiet. We were never bothered by people or noise.

The location can’t be beat. The shade is super helpful with the heat & it was very quiet- minus the local roosters lol. Everything is so close. We brought our bikes with and had a great time. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot under a big tree with lots of shade. Close to the southern most point market & the butterfly garden. Walkable to everything on Duval street. Will stay again.

Great location! It is literally a parking space in a private lot under a shade tree. Being stealth is still required due to overnight camping restrictions, so we drove a few blocks to the beach to cook dinner and run the A/C in the evening. Tim was great with communications.

Off street parking near a huge lot and private homes. Some light car traffic and foot traffic into the night and early morning so run a fan to drown out noise. Relatively quiet otherwise. Walking distance to Cafelito for morning brew, try the American with cream and sugar. CVS, food, nearby. Try the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp at Ocean Grill and Bar, superb. Near the beaches, drive or take an Uber. The host was communicative. Will likely request the same property if in the region again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot in Key West! This spot is shaded and literally two blocks from all of the main action on Duval St. Tim was an excellent and very communicative host - I highly recommend this spot!

Key West no not an easy place to find parking and they do not like Van Lifers! So having Tim’s parking space available was fantastic. Great location that you can walk to most places from. I explored Duval street, the old fort and beaches, then did a sunset sailing on a schooner. Ending the evening watching live music at Irish Kevin’s Pub. Perfect visit to Key West made possible knowing I had a safe place to park.
