Hello Beautiful Souls!

I am offering the back row of parking spots (6 spots available) of my art gallery/organic coffee shop to Vanlifers traveling through the area.  

Beach camping and sleeping in your van in public lots is illegal in this area now and state parks are expensive for nightly stays.  

So I am offering a safe, cheaper place to stay while you are in the area! 

Enjoy the local art and live music while you are here, find your tribe, and meet life long friends!

We offer organic coffee, healthy drinks and snacks, and local organic fruit. 

We have live music, open mic nights, poetry readings, palm readings, themed gatherings, and art demonstrations!

You will have access to city water and garbage. Please no outdoor cooking. Restrooms are available when my shop is open. 

We are located two blocks from the ocean, with gas stations one block away, grocery store less than a mile, and a Target right around the corner. 

Be as social or private as you like.  But be forewarned, you will be submersed in the local art and music community!

Come have a cup of coffee, relax, and enjoy some art and music!  I would love to meet you and hear all about your adventures!
