As this is a fairly new service that I signed up for, I had forgotten that I even had a listing on vanly. When I got Malcolm's booking, the listed house was not available, so I offered him another property to stay at in the same neighborhood so he wouldn't have to rebook or cancel. For my efforts he dings me with a bad review. I would not recommend Malcom to stay at your place, he will not appreciate your kindness and I also got a complaint from a neighbor about him.
