Our home and flat parking space sits on 1.2 acres of forest at the top of Banner Mountain. The private road to our driveway and the driveway approach is steep and can be icy/snowy in the winter, so not the best time for easy access. The parking area is flat and is a great place for nocturnal wildlife watching: owls, deer, bobcats, bears, raccoons, and even mountain lions have been sighted from this spot.

We do not have RV hookups. There is a bathroom with a shower available in our private entry guest suite, and we'll give you the key when you check in.

Pets are welcome, but we advise they be leashed or kept inside your RV to protect them from predators.

We are a 15 minute drive to historical Nevada City or Grass Valley, and close to hiking trails and Scott's Flat Lake. The South Yuba River State Park is about 30 minutes away.
